Green Threshold offers handmade, hand-filled, and small-batch plant-care and decorative goods. This policy is written to set clear customer expectations while giving the business stronger protection around variation, shipping issues, plant outcomes, and product misuse.

1. All Sales

All sales are final unless Green Threshold determines that an item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases, opened products, or items made in small batches, by hand, or to order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must contact Green Threshold within 3 calendar days of delivery or purchase at support@greenthreshold.com and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. If the claim is verified, Green Threshold may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.

3. Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed only before they have been packed, prepared, labeled, or shipped. Custom orders, special orders, and made-to-order products may not be canceled once production has started.

5. Shipping Policy

Green Threshold is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or package damage caused by shipping carriers, weather, theft after delivery, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, forwarding services, or events outside the business's reasonable control. Customers are responsible for confirming the shipping address before checkout.

6. Handmade and Natural Variation

Products may vary slightly in color, texture, fill level, weight, finish, crystal shape, wood grain, terracotta tone, moss appearance, soil particle size, labeling placement, and overall presentation. These differences are normal and are not considered defects.

7. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reading any instructions provided and for using products safely and as intended. Products should be kept away from children and pets when appropriate. Customers are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for their plant, home, and environment before use.

8. No Guaranteed Plant Results

Plant performance depends on many factors outside Green Threshold's control, including species, light, watering, humidity, pests, root health, fertilizer use, and environmental stress. Green Threshold does not guarantee specific plant outcomes, recovery, growth rates, or cosmetic results.

9. Product-Specific Legal Disclaimers

• Plant-care sprays, mists, and treatment products. Use only as directed and spot test first, especially on delicate, rare, newly imported, sun-stressed, or recently repotted plants. Green Threshold is not liable for leaf damage, spotting, burning, residue, or decline caused by overapplication, incompatible use, environmental conditions, or use on sensitive species.

• Soil blends, moss poles, amendments, and propagation media. Natural and horticultural materials can vary in moisture, texture, particle size, pH tendencies, and appearance. These products are offered for general plant-care use and are not guaranteed to solve drainage, rot, pest, fungus, transplant shock, or growth issues in every setting.

• Crystals, decorative add-ons, terracotta, and natural-material components. Decorative items may contain sharp edges, dust, natural fractures, color variation, porous surfaces, or breakable parts. Variations in shape, inclusions, and finish are expected.

• Allergy, sensitivity, and material-contact disclaimer. Products may contain or come into contact with soil, bark, moss, minerals, wood, clay, fragrance components, alcohol, essential oils, preservatives, or other natural and synthetic ingredients. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or household safety concerns should review ingredients and use caution before purchase and use.

10. Informational Content Disclaimer

Any care tips, captions, labels, social posts, in-person recommendations, or printed instructions provided by Green Threshold are for general informational purposes only and are not professional horticultural, veterinary, medical, legal, or safety advice.

11. No Warranty; Products Provided As Is

Except where prohibited by law, products are sold on an as-is and as-available basis. Green Threshold disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Threshold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of its products, including plant loss, staining, water damage, breakage, contamination, lost profits, or emotional distress. If liability is established, Green Threshold's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product at issue.

13. Compliance With Local Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.
